Abu Dhabi reaches for a factory that can produce 50 satellites a year

Reporting on the new Abu Dhabi facility highlighted a stated capacity to produce up to 50 satellites a year, a clear marker of the scale Orbitworks is building toward.

The factory keeps the steps of building a spacecraft, from assembly through integration and testing, inside a single site in the region.

That combination is intended to shorten the path from plan to flight readiness and to support a sovereign space capability in the United Arab Emirates.
